Licensed State Certified Contractor
If you are entertaining builders, especially in Naples Park, one of the first questions you should ask is, “Are you a licensed State Certified Contractor?” Make sure you are directly working with a licensed builder, and not an unlicensed person that is hiring a licensed builder to deliver your project. Hiring an unlicensed person, knowingly or unknowingly, will jeopardize your consumer rights protected under Florida Law.
